Our Beach House
Designed with groups and families in mind, this is our home which we share with like minded discerning travellers.
Disappointed with bland interiors and over rated properties, we decided to find our own Beach House and style it with an eclectic mix of art, antiques and curios.
You won't find en-suite bedrooms or designer kitchens, you'll find a homely country house by the sea, with a log fire, Aga cooking, Barbours, welly boots and of course those stunning views and beach access.
Hens and Dogs
We are group friendly making us perfect for well behaved adults and beautiful dogs (max 2 with T&C's and approval) and we are ideal for chilled out Hen parties. For adult groups we suggest a max of 12 and for families we can sleep a maximum of 15 on request in 7 bedrooms.

Relax
With 3500 sq feet, 7 bedrooms, 3 sitting rooms, log fires, sea views, a huge garden and parking for 5 cars, we are the perfect location to relax and unwind. Inside you'll find a cosy stylish drawing room, kids room, New England style sitting room, boot room (with Barbours & Hunters) and a open plan kitchen & garden room with dining for a maximum of 12 inside and 14 outside in the beach garden.

People say the nicest things…
“We booked a long weekend stay at Meadow House for a Surprise 50th Birthday Family Gathering in June. When we arrived we were blown away by just how beautiful the grounds were and how stunning the house looked from the outside - when you get inside it gets better, it is absolutely amazing.”

“We have just returned from a 3 day stay at Meadow House, which was the perfect get-away for a group of friends with young families. The kids were well entertained with the Hot Tub, Massive Lawn, Table Tennis, Table Football and ample space to run around. There is also a cracking Cinema Room, but I'm glad to report they were having so much fun it was not used!”

“What the website does ot convey is the great sense of space the house affords, we were a mixed party of 14 and we never once felt on top of each other - Meadow House has so many lovely rooms to retreat to after a great day on the beach.”

Perfect house, perfect location, perfect village and obviously a well loved home by its owners, what more can we say!

Meadow House had plenty of room for us to have a stress free get together and celebrate. The rooms were spacious and homely and the outside space was great. The location by the sea suited us all and the sun shone down too. Mundesley is a peaceful location, free from the commercialisation of other seaside places.
